👔 Your Role
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR operations run smoothly, and supporting our team with professionalism and integrity.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance appraisals and training programs
- Support department heads in workforce planning
- Organize team engagement, wellness, and HR-driven initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in UAE)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools
