As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR operations run smoothly, and supporting our team with professionalism and integrity.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management systems
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Oversee performance appraisals and training programs
Support department heads in workforce planning
Organize team engagement, wellness, and HR-driven initiatives
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in UAE)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion in handling sensitive information
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Planet Star L.L.C., a leading name in the tours and travel industry in Dubai. If you’re enthusiastic, target-oriented, and know how to turn leads into loyal clients – we want you on board!
Proactively generate and convert leads into bookings (B2C & B2B)
Promote tour packages, visa services, and travel solutions to customers
Handle walk-in, online, and referral-based inquiries efficiently
Maintain and build strong client relationships to increase customer loyalty
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets
Provide exceptional pre- and post-sale support
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in travel/tourism
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven record of achieving targets
Good knowledge of Dubai travel and tourism products (visa, tours, etc.)
Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
Customer-first attitude with excellent follow-up skills
UAE driving license is a plus

Planet Star L.L.C. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused telecalling executives to join our dynamic team. If you have a friendly voice, a passion for travel, and love helping people find the perfect holiday or visa package – we want to hear from you!
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
Inform customers about our travel services, tour packages, and visa support
Answer incoming queries related to bookings, offers, or services
Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to close bookings
Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and meet daily call targets
Build rapport with customers to boost client satisfaction and retention
Assist the sales team with lead generation and customer engagement
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in travel/tourism
Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries professionally
Knowledge of basic MS Office tools and CRM usage
Positive attitude and a team player
